Ginno Construction Company is soliciting bids from subcontractors for the following project:

Seiter Hall Renovation @ North Idaho College - Demolition Only Coeur d' Alene, Id

Please note that you will be required to name Ginno Construction an an additional insured as well as the project owner. Please include any costs you may incur form your insurance carrier in your bid

Bids are due at Ginno Construction Office by
Tue, January 5th at 04:00 PM

Plans are available at: Ginno Construction office, Hayden AGC, Spokane ABC, & Spokane Regional Plan Center

* Subcontractors are required to have all needed federal, state and local licenses before submitting bids. *

* Public Works Licenses are required *
